Maintenance inspections and service
ZMS Systemy Magazynowe provides services related to consulting, design as well as maintenance or storage racking. We perform regular maintenance inspections, as well as additional checks of racking and storage systems. The second inspection shall be conducted every 6 or 12 months, depending on circumstances and use. Note that according to the requirements specified by the Minister of Economy as of 30 October 2002 (JoL No. 191, item 1596 and 2003 No. 178 item 1745) and revised European Standard PN-EN 15635:2010, it is an employer who is responsible for performance of regular checks regarding occupational safety at workplaces.
Our highly qualified and experienced personnel possesses expertise, knowledge and skills required to analyse your Company needs regarding maintenance of storage systems– and indicate any root causes of deviations or defects.
During inspections we use colour code that indicates very clearly the degree of damages and condition of equipment
Amber alarm
(”Hazardous damages that require action as soon as possible”) – a damage in this case shall be repaired within 4 weeks
Red alarm
(”Very serious damages that requires immediate action due to imminent hazard”) – indicates racking that shall be put out of use immediately

So whether it is equipment delivered by our Company or any other supplier – we offer high quality maintenance and service inspections. As our priority is safety, we never make repairs but replace all damaged parts and components instead.
